Tabitha's Story

My journey to becoming a Health Coach has been lifelong. At a young age, I developed a desire to help others in a purposeful and meaningful way. I also had my own health issues including adrenal fatigue, chronic headaches, anxiety, and bouts of depression. My health issues combined with my desire to help others sparked my interest to work in health care.

In my own personal health and wellness journey, I pursued education to learn about healthy living and nutrition, to learn a better way of living for myself. I had two different experiences with Health Coaches which helped me tremendously in moving forward with my own goals and personal growth. All of these experiences ultimately lead me to my passion for Health Coaching.

As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I believe strongly in preventative health and wellness, seeing the need in our current health care environment. My passion is being able to partner with my clients in their personal health journey, meeting them where they are.

Through support, accountability, and guidance using my skills as a Health Coach, I am able to assist my clients in realizing their own unique wellness vision and taking action through small manageable steps. My ultimate goal is to help my clients tap into their own inner strength and values to promote positive long term behavior change. There is nothing better then to see my clients realize and take action on living the life they want!

I have over 15 years of experience working in health care with the majority as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a variety of settings. I am able to lean on my previous experience, offering unique insights and knowledge to assist my clients with their goals.

I currently live in Spokane, WA with my husband Matt and standard poodle, Ole. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and being out in nature.
