Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Health Coach?

Health coaches focus on health and wellness with their clients. They partner throughout their clients’ journeys – journeys that consist of ongoing practice and feedback. Health Coaches assist clients in reaching their full potential by raising awareness, making connections, identifying patterns, shifting limiting beliefs, using a growth mindset, and offering strengths-based support.

What is the role of a Health Coach?

  • Providing referrals for other professionals when outside scope of practice

  • Offer sustainable wellness strategies that increase overall quality of life long-term.

What I offer as your Health Coach?

I am your supportive cheerleader that will partner alongside you by providing guidance, encouragement and holding you accountable to your health and wellness goals and vision.

I will encourage your bio-individuality: The idea that everyone has different needs. Just as we are all unique in mind, body, and spirit – we are also unique in the things that support our individual health and happiness.

I will support, guide, and empower you with tapping into your own inner strength, knowledge, self-awareness and intuition- the idea that you know yourself best and what you need.
