What is a Health Coach?
​
Health coaches focus on health and wellness with their clients. They partner throughout their clients’ journeys – journeys that consist of ongoing practice and feedback. Health Coaches assist clients in reaching their full potential by raising awareness, making connections, identifying patterns, shifting limiting beliefs, using a growth mindset, and offering strengths-based support.
What is the role of a Health Coach?

Support and empower clients in identifying needs and working towards personal goals

Providing support around plans prescribed by a medical provider

Providing referrals for other professionals when outside scope of practice

What is outside the scope of practice for a Health Coach which will need referral?
As a Health Coach, I do not:

I am your supportive cheerleader that will partner alongside you by providing guidance, encouragement and holding you accountable to your health and wellness goals and vision.
