Virtual Health Coaching Sessions

Health Coaching is a partnership with clients focusing on assisting and supporting them in developing strategies for lasting lifestyle changes that they desire in order to improve overall wellness and daily quality of life. Many areas of life can be addressed to support each client with their individual needs, examples include relationships, sleep, creativity, joy, nutrition, etc. The purpose is to empower clients to take wellness into their own hands with simple lifestyle shifts and changes to help them view health holistically and live the life they desire!

Lifestyle and habit changes take time to implement, plus life happens and it's normal to get off track. The programs I offer allows for the time needed to work out the kinks, address barriers and roadblocks, make adjustments, and experiment with what works best for you. The time also allows to address multiple goals and areas of your life. Often, multiple areas of your life are affected and connected.

3 Month Program

  • $50 per session

  • 1 free consultation and 6 sessions total every 2 weeks

  • 45 minutes

Includes:

  • Discussion of progress, recommendations, and full set of notes summarizing sessions sent to email.

  • A variety of resources such as handouts, recipes, books, or other pertinent materials applicable. 

6 Month Program

  • $45 per session

  • 1 free consultation and 12 sessions total every 2 weeks

  • 45 minutes

  • A variety of resources such as handouts, recipes, books, or other pertinent materials applicable.
